Make it a FUNdraising Party on Wheels at Skate Galaxy!  We offer your School or NonProfit Group the opportunity to raise needed funds while roller skating, with great music, awesome games and having family fun!  We will assist you to make your event a profitable success!

To Book your Party On Wheels

Call Skate Galaxy at 225-756-2424 and book your Party On Wheels today. A $100 non refundable deposit is required. Full Balance Due 24 hours prior to Date and Time of Event.  Additional Hour: $1 Added per person, Per Additional Hour, minimum 100 people…not to exceed 4 hours.  After Hours Party (Any event past 10PM):  Add $200 per minimum. NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION EARNS AS FOLLOWS:

  • 100-150 paid admissions:  Your organization earns $2.00 per person
  • 151-250 paid admissions:  Your organization earns:  $3.00 per person
  • 251+ paid admissions:  Your organization earns:  $4.00 per person

 If Tickets Pre-Sold, we count for your earnings the number of tickets redeemed at the event.

TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL AND PROFITABLE EVENT

  • Charge at least $10.00 per admission
  • Your group will then earn the difference between the $8.00 and $10.00 charge.
  • Pre-Sell Tickets!
  • We can help you create a ticket template for you to print.
  • Print each ticket on colored paper to ensure authenticity of ticket.
  • Hand number each ticket and track each ticket sold for accountability purposes.
  • Give yourself enough time before the event to sell as many tickets as possible.
  • By pre-selling tickets, you are ensuring your money upfront in case of a rainstorm the day of your event.
  • Let us know if you would like us to open your event to the public or keep it private.  We can promote in-house by announcements and listed on our calendar of events.
  • Request a donation from a local business or an associate with your organization to raffle the donation during the event.  If you have something of great value to raffle you may be able to increase your per ticket value.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • $100 Nonrefundable Deposit Required to secure your reservation (at least 2 weeks in advance)
  • 2 Hour Event Private Event
  • Everyone age 2 and older must pay admission, unless they are a NonSkating Chaperoning Adult.  However, since this is a Fundraiser, you, as the group do have the option to require every person entering the facility to pay the admission charge.
  • No Food or Drinks may be brought into the facility, except a cake.
  • Your Fundraiser will be provided a shared party helper working multiple parties in a waitress style.
  • Arcade Area open to play:  Games start at one token per play (One token=One Quarter).  Token Packages available for purchase.  50 tokens for $10.00
  • Softplay Gym is included in this private package.
  • We have a large music database and can accommodate the genre of music your group prefers.  All of our music is clean, without profanity and family friendly.
  • We enjoy providing a fun experience, with a variety of activities, such as races, games and dances.
